By accessing or using Stashed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Stashed for your personal organization needs. You may not:

• Modify or copy the app materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Stashed to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Harass or harm others

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Stashed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
